The Role : Responsibilities :
- Serve as the main point of contact for tenants via phone, email, and property management platforms
- Handle lease renewals, move-ins / outs, and rental listings
- Coordinate and schedule repairs and maintenance with local vendors
- Collect rent and manage accounts receivable
- Handle complaints and resolve tenant issues efficiently
- Monitor compliance with lease agreements and property rules
- Maintain accurate property records and documentation
- Generate reports on occupancy, financials, and maintenance logs
Ideal Profile : Requirements :
2+ years of work experience (In property management, a plus)Excellent written and verbal communication skills (a must)Proficient in property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, Rent Manager) a plusStrong organization and multitasking skills (a must)Comfortable managing vendors and coordinating tasks remotelyAbility to work independently and make judgment callsExcellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.Work hours : 9am to 5pm. Eastern.
