Tareas
- Realizar llamadas salientes a clientes potenciales para ofrecer productos o servicios
- Responder llamadas entrantes de clientes interesados en los servicios de la empresa
- Registrar información detallada de cada llamada en el sistema de gestión de clientes
- Seguir guiones preestablecidos para garantizar la calidad y consistencia en las llamadas
- Cumplir con los objetivos de venta y / o generación de leads establecidos por la empresa
