Position Summary
Our client is a Florida-based law firm seeking a bilingual (English–Spanish) Legal Administrative Assistant to provide critical support to our attorneys. This role is fully remote, requires availability during U.S. business hours (Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM EST), and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to attorneys to ensure smooth legal operations.
- Assist with trial preparations by organizing case briefs, summarizing depositions, interrogatories, and testimony.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support casework.
- Draft, file, and maintain legal documents with accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage phone calls, attorney schedules, and deadlines to keep clients informed and cases on track.
- Ensure all administrative processes comply with confidentiality and legal standards.
- Use HubStaff to track hours and maintain accountability for remote work.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant (preferably within a U.S. law firm or U.S.-based company).Solid computer skills and ability to learn new legal / case management tools quickly.Highly organized, able to multitask, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.Reliable equipment : laptop / desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) and stable internet (minimum 10 Mbps).Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
Experience specifically in litigation or trial preparation.Familiarity with U.S. legal systems, court filings, or case management software.Additional certifications in administration, legal studies, or paralegal training.What We Offer
