Enfocamos nuestra búsqueda a ingenieros o estudiantes de ingeniería próximos a recibirse, preferentemente con experiencia en roles similares. Es valorada la experiencia en empresas multinacionales de consumo masivo. Es requerido un buen manejo de excel y herramientas digitales, al igual que el dominio del idioma inglés.
La búsqueda se orienta hacia candidatos proactivos, dinámicos, minuciosos, con capacidad de aprendizaje, trabajo en equipo y orientado a resultados, con muy buen relacionamiento interpersonal.
Responsabilidades:
La misión del puesto es mantener una relación cercana con el cliente de manera de impulsar la venta a través de las actividades colaborativas. A su vez, su foco estará en la coordinación con el operador logístico para asegurar un alto nivel de servicio, entregando los pedidos en tiempo y forma, con control de los costos y encontrando oportunidades de mejora.
Las tareas comprenden:
- Trabajar de forma colaborativa con vendedores y clientes a fin de que puedan tener inventarios saludables, alta disponibilidad en góndola y un alto nivel de servicio.
-Elaboración de reportes mensuales de indicadores logísticos, scorecards de clientes, análisis de datos, elaboración de presentaciones y preparación de reuniones
-Implementación de nuevas herramientas y proyectos del área; búsqueda de eficiencias en los procesos, así como ahorros en los costos logísticos
