What You’ll Do
- Provide Level 2 technical support by resolving complex hardware, software, OS (Windows/macOS), printer, and endpoint issues escalated from Level 1, ensuring fast resolution and minimal downtime.
- Install, configure, deploy, and maintain desktops/laptops, operating systems, and enterprise client software, delivering reliable on-site and remote user support aligned with company standards.
- Perform network and connectivity troubleshooting, including wired/wireless networks, VPNs, peripherals, and endpoint-related issues to ensure stable and secure access.
- Manage endpoint security and access, including antivirus updates, system patching, user onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning, and device preparation while monitoring for security threats.
- Act as an escalation point and technical mentor for L1 teams; maintain ITIL-aligned documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and infrastructure improvements.
