Disbursements Department

Global Shipping Agency seeking a motivated individual to join our Disbursements Department.

Full-time on-site position.

Profile :

Young, proactive, and eager to learn

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible

Strong command of English (written and spoken)

Team player with excellent communication skills

Main tasks :

Prepare and review Proforma and Final Disbursement Accounts (DAs) for vessels attended

Register and follow up on payments to local suppliers, port authorities, and maritime service providers

Control and verify invoices and supporting documentation

Communicate in English with clients, agents, and company offices abroad

Coordinate with operations and accounting teams to ensure proper disbursement recording

Provide support during internal and external audits

Organize and maintain physical and digital documentation in an orderly manner

Assist in preparing financial and administrative reports for management

Learn and apply international regulations and company procedures related to the maritime sector
