About the Role

As a Technical Content Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our customer portals. You will be responsible for crafting user-centric documentation, supporting both internal and external knowledge bases, and enhancing our customer engagement strategy. This position offers the opportunity to significantly impact our customer interactions and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Content Creation and Management

• Develop, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, tutorials, and user guides.
• Ensure all content is clear, concise, and user-friendly, catering to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand product features and translate them into comprehensive documentation.

Requirements

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $UYU 1,391,000 - $UYU 1,699,000. The candidate will be expected to be within commuting distance from our office located in Montevideo, Uruguay. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
