Semi Senior Direct Procurement Analyst

Main Objective of the Position :

The Semi Senior Direct Procurement Analyst is the single point of contact for the Americas region, for a specific business or process related to Purchase to Pay (P2P). Their main responsibility is to ensure the supply of raw materials or packaging, working in collaboration with category buyers and the finance team to ensure process efficiency.

Main Tasks :

• Ensure the supply of raw materials or packaging according to the global P2P process for the Americas region.
• Support internal business partners in creating, tracking, and confirming purchase orders, ensuring they are sent to suppliers through the correct channels.
• Ensure frequent review and maintenance of the portfolio with category buyers
• Create, maintain, and monitor agreements under their responsibility in collaboration with category buyers, ensuring accurate commercial terms (such as incoterms, prices, and others).
• Work as a team with the assigned finance person for the same business or process to ensure an efficient and smooth end-to-end process, focusing on key indicators to guarantee timely deliveries and payments.
• Identify training needs, identify areas for improvement, and conduct workshops.
• Single point of contact for relevant stakeholders for all topics related to P2P.
