We are looking for
a Sr Graphic Designer to collaborate with the design team to enhance the quality of visual assets across all channels and elevate the capabilities of the team in terms of production, improving quality, and reporting findings.
You will be responsible for working on branding campaigns, special events, and creating assets for various channels, including stores and other promotional platforms. Through your expertise and creativity, you will contribute to delivering visually compelling and impactful designs that resonate with our target audience and strengthen our brand presence.

Expected outcomes & responsibilities
- Enhance all design projects, overseeing them from conceptualization to final delivery.
- Collaborate on a diverse range of design assets, including E-mails, store banners, social media content, landing pages, packaging, and more.
- Meticulously attend to details and strive for perfection.
- Utilize graphic design software to refine images, fonts, and layouts.
- Apply problem-solving skills and a comprehensive set of design solutions to collaborate effectively with the creative team across various media platforms.
- Generate innovative ideas to convey concepts and promote products / services effectively.
- Optimize user experience in digital products, prioritizing ease of use and functionality.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing projects.
- Maintain open communication with marketing and design teams to meet project deadlines.
- Stay current with industry advancements and utilize the latest tools and techniques.
- Identify the need for guidelines, concepts, or any other relevant information essential for the development of successful graphic proposals.
- Create assets while adhering to established creative and brand guidelines.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar roleExperience working in fast-paced companiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent level of English, both written and spoken. Candidates applying to positions at Kenz must also have a proficient command of Arabic (Levant / Gulf accents(.Strong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with a teamCapacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyResult-driven, proactive, self-motivated, and a team playerWide experience in digital production, including e-commerce, UI, and appsProficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma with at least 3 years of experienceDesirable knowledge of InDesign, After Effects, and Spark ARStrong aesthetic skills with attention to visual detailsDesirable photo retouching skillsDesirable packaging experienceAbility to handle feedback constructively and work well with fast turnaroundsWhat We Have to Offer
