Financial Specialist focused on accounting and reporting activities, including the elaboration of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statements, General Ledger reconciliations and bookings, tax reconciliations and statutory reporting.

How you create impact

• Supporting the cluster reporting supervisor with the countries activities.
• Registration of Journals entries, monthly accruals and tax bookings in Accounting System for different countries in the cluster.
• Reconciliation of Trial Balance accounts as per corporate finance guidelines and local statutory reporting.
• Analysis of current Profit & Loss Statement to verify correctness & completeness of all expenses.
• Elaboration of Monthly the Financial Management Information for countries and completion of KN Web-forms packages.
• Registration of Manpower Provisions, including bonus schemes.
• Acknowledgement and registration of Direct Expenses via Purchases Order Process in Accounting System.
• Registration and analysis of Indirect Expenses, such as intercompany costs.
• Support on elaboration and completion of quarterly Tax Exhibits and monthly tax provisions.
• Registration of all fixed assets purchases and capitalization in the Accounting System.
• Revision of Bank Reconciliations and reports.
• Performing the controlling & filing of documentation.
• Attendance of external audit of financial statements.
• Preparation of information as input for transfer price anlaysis.
