At Prometeo Talent , we are partnering with a fast-growing U.S. software company to find an experienced HR Manager who’s ready to take the lead in a global, fully remote environment.
You will work closely with the executive team, lead a small HR team, and help build scalable processes that drive real impact across an international workforce.
What You’ll Do :
- Partner with leadership on HR strategy and decision-making.
- Define, track, and improve key HR KPIs.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance across the U.S. and LATAM.
- Manage international contractors and remote operations.
- Lead performance reviews, career development, and training programs.
- Build leadership development initiatives and scalable people processes.
- Foster a strong, inclusive company culture.
- Use employee feedback to improve the overall experience
Requirements :
5+ years of HR experience related to experience (preferably in global or remote environments).Advanced English (written and spoken).Experience working in an IT company-It will be a plus :
Proven leadership of HR teamsExperience working with HR KPIs and metricsFamiliarity with tools like Deel is a plusKnowledge of international compliance and contractor managementWhat We Offer : USD salary
