About the Role

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills. As a Contract Administrator - Coordinator , you will be responsible for reviewing and approving all required documentation for real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in the contract management process. You will collaborate closely with agents and the Contract Administration team to maintain seamless operations and support the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and approve documentation for sales and rental transactions across multiple regions.
  • Provide feedback to agents regarding missing or incomplete paperwork.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and updates in the Deal Management System .
  • Serve as a key point of contact for contract-related inquiries.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring proper distribution and record-keeping.
  • Assist in various administrative processes and operational projects as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Education & Experience :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field preferred.

  • 2-3 years of experience in contract administration, real estate transactions, or legal documentation.
  • Technical Skills :
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).

  • Experience with contract management software or databases is a plus.
  • Soft Skills :
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
